For banks and electronic money institutions that hold their own customers' accounts. You can sign in as soon as your email is confirmed — it is the enrolment that is reviewed, not your account.

  • Your password can’t be too similar to your other personal information.
  • Your password must contain at least 8 characters.
  • Your password can’t be a commonly used password.
  • Your password can’t be entirely numeric.

You will confirm your email, then complete the enrolment itself — legal entity, regulatory authorisation, contacts, evidence and a signed declaration — and submit it for review. You start on the free provider tier; the live tiers open when your enrolment is approved.
