How the live tiers open
Every institution starts on Provider Sandbox while it enrols and integrates. A live tier can be subscribed to once your enrolment has been approved — a plan is not a licence, so we will not sell you production access before the review that grants it. Connecting your own core banking backend is an implementation project, quoted separately from the subscription.
